To understand, implement and control the integration of the Courses in Advanced Safety and Quality Awareness (AS&QA) within their organisation.
Leading AS&QA is a program that explores the psychology that underpins organisational culture – and in particular – safety culture and prepares participants for the leading of evolving safety culture.
This is an intensive 5 day program that looks at workplace safety from an organisational and personal perspective. The course provides many opportunities to integrate the psychological theory with personal and workplace scenarios.
Coaching & Training AS&QA (LEVEL 1)
Trains participants to lead, manage and coach the safety awareness "attitude change" of existing personnel, providing the foundation for behaviour change and reductions in incidents, injuries and related costs.
This course in leading safety attitude and evolving safety culture provides participants with the control, knowledge, skills and competencies to become Safety Coaches and lead their personnel's abilities and responsibilities for developing their own and others' safety awareness (AS&QA Level One).
