This AS&QA project was implemented at a Hunter Valley mine over an 18 month period. During the time it took to deliver this project, shutdowns, long wall change outs and corporate restructuring and mergers were taking place, demonstrating the flexibility, resilience and sustainability of the program. This is supported by the significant improvement in overall safety attitudes as indicated in the above graphs.
