The ARM's measure of Attitudinal Safety Awareness (ASA) correlates highly with Managers and Supervisors long term performance ratings of their employees.
Personnel who obtained higher scores on the ARM (ASA measure) obtained higher ratings from their Managers both on their ABILITY TO DO THE JOB (Skills figure A) and their PERFORMANCE AS AN OPERATOR (Professionalism figure B).
Despite Managers hesitancy to give any of their personnel poor ratings the difference between higher and lower performers on both measures is significant. |
